Hey Scooter. Corey and I went and pooped on all of Travis's stands, then sprayed Brut 44 around all of his hunting areas. Corey and I set up all of our stands in secret spots. Team 10 is so hooooooooopppe!
Oh yeah, I dipped his bows in flourescent lime paint too!

That is ok wookie do what you want to my stands, I know you and corey cannot hit crap so I went out and put out bait at all your stand locations and gave the GPS locations to the Fish and wildlife so that I can let them know where you are while you are hunting in case you know you have an accident of something or you run out of bait so they can bring you more in.........:laugh:

come on where is my team 10 members at?
I have two does on the ground how are you guys making out
well had an exciting if uneventfull weekend.
hit the stand saturday morning b4 light. I was almost ready to give up for the day when I heard the sound of feet crunching dry leaves. thenn all hell broke loose. On my right a small spike buck goes running past like his @$$ was on fire. I didnt even have a chance to get my bow up and he was gone. but the sound of footsteps behind me was still there. I slowly turned to see a smaller 4x5 crossing the trail and heading for the trail that would take him past my stand on the left side. close enough to count the hairs on his head. I let him work his way past me and out to about 20 yds. he gave me a perfect broadside chance and my arrow deflected off a limb missing the buck and flying off into the bushes. the buck was un sure what just happened but didnt run too far. this morning I saw the same buck but he didnt give me a chance this time. but I'd say if he keeps using the same trails his days are numbered

good luck and keep at her Feyd I put a 6x6 whitetail on the ground tonight but not sure If I will put it towards the score or not yet
I haven't been out much as I am still trying to harvest...but I have many prospects! I have a couple of mulies in mind as well as an antelope buck around here. The whitetail that I want will have to wait until we're done combining, as well as the cow elk. Good luck guys and I'll try my damndest here in the next while.

Went out tonight and took my buddy dave who has not hunted with a bow before and put him in a stand at 5:30 then I drove to my stand and got to the stand at 6:10pm. I settled in for the night and at 7:15 I seen a doe and two fawns walking across the meadow at about 250 yards all of a sudden right under my stand a 2x2 whitetail came flying past me goin mach 1 and right behind him was another buck a 3x3 on the dead run I figured they must have winded me and spooked. I thought oh well maybe another time. about 2 minutes later I heard a snap behind me on the cutline. All of a sudden there was 4 more whitetail bucks comeing past my shooting lanes. I think that these four bucks had chased the other two smaller ones, instead of me getting winded by them. This guy was the biggest of the 6. I looked at him and thought I was going to harvest him if he presented a shot for me because of his mass on the bases, I needed a summer cape for my last years buck since my cat wrecked the cape before I got it caped out last year. He came walking past my stand through the second shooting lane and I counted 6 points on each side. As he was walking towards my last shooting lane I drew my bow and waited he walked into the lane and I grunted at him with my voice and he stopped before he could look my way the luminok was going behind his shoulder. He took off and went 20 yards before piling up. I know he is not the biggest but I wanted the cape for last years.
I roughed him at 144 4/8 I will get him done offically soon

Where is my Team 10 teammates at? how you all making out you guys get anything on the ground yet?
hey guys. been offline for a couple weeks finaly got back up and running.
been out in my stand on the weekends but no shot op's.
got an inch of snow today, and it's been around freezing for the last couple days. cant wait till the weekend. I'm gonna try to rattle one in. might be a little early yet but may get one curious enough to come check it out.
Hey guys. this is gonna be kinda long sorry...
this weekend was full of dissapointment. saturday I saw a couple does but too far away and headed the other way. saturday night did thanksgiving dinner with the wifes family. one of my wifes uncles told me about a spot boardering crown land, on the farm I just gained access to this year. he used to hunt the same land when he was young. sunday morning thats where I headed with my ground blind. got setup b4 light and could already see deer moving in the field. but once the sun came up the had all snuck off somewhere. untill I decided to try my grunt tube. blew it 2 times and a huge buck comes crashing out and stopped at 64 yards,a bit too far for me. he flagged his tail turned and ran. I thought it worked once ao I blew my grunt again and he comes running back out closer this time. Ive practiced out to 50 yds and I had him with my range finder at 55. I got drawn without scaring him. he turned broadside and I let fly. watched my arrow hit right in the sweet spot. only went in about halfway but I knew it would be more than enough.he spun and ran out of the feild onto the crown land beyond. I sat there shaking and smiling for a half hour then went to look for blood. the spot he was standing I found a tuft of hair and a few drops of blood. followed his trail into the woods and found my arrow and a blood trail a blind man could follow. after 20 yds trailing him I found a huge puddle of foamy blood. confident in my hit and the blood sign I backed out to go get help. after a bite to eat. we hopped on the quads and went to find my buck. picked up the blood trail where I left of and followed it for about 60yd more when we came accross some fresh boot tracks following the same blood trail. the blood and the boot prints wound up heading back out onto the feild where we found the last puddle of blood and quad tracks headed back onto the crown land now weather or not the guy was in there when I shot and saw the deer run past then shot at it himself then found the blood or he just stumbled accross the blood and took my deer is to be determined but all I know is my best buck ever gun or bow is now hanging in someone else's garage ..... I'll try again next weekend
