Kids say the darndest things

My 3 (almost 4) year old daughter was watching me set up her recurve bow with a new string and a no-glov and she blurts out,"Dad, people that don't shoot bows are losers.". Well, the mouth full of coffee I had made a valient effort to escape.

Of course mom heard it and gave us both a reprimand, but man o man am I a proud dad!

----A Farm Boy`s Perspective--
9 year old Mike is a hard working boy on the family farm. He is an enthusiastic archer who shoots a Chek-Mate recurve, looks forward to being able to hunt and watches TV with his back quiver on.
The other day while at archery practice with my 6year old grandson (little Chek-Mate longbow) a Blacktail doe emerged from the woods and watched us. My Grandson sugested that we hunt that Deer. I explained that there was no hunting season and the Doe probably had a Baby fawn neareby. With his farmboy reasoning Mike immeadiatly stated that was no problem there would be more meat!!!!
