I GOT MY NEW BOW!

Hoyt Supertec...27 1/2" draw, set at 55# right now but will go up to 70 and I will be crankin' it up to probably 68# here soon. 275 FPS with Easton ACC 3-49's w/ 100 grain tip. If I don't get up to 300 fps, it will be close anyway.

This bow is soooo smooth and comfortable in my hand. I LOVE IT!

Hey Warden - looks great.

About the speed. I noticed that it's got the Spiral cams on it (which are faster than the regular cams). I shoot a Magnatec, 29.5" draw, 70 lbs, with nothing on the string except cat whickers and a D-loop and it rifles my Carbon Express CX300's at an even 300 fps. Yours will beat that (The Super is IBO rated at 330, I think).

And, as an added bonus, my brother who has a lot more experience with bows says that he can't hear when I touch one off... :lol: Hoyts got a good thing here...

Nice bow,I see you haven't had one of those rubber peep aligners snap you in the eye yet when they break.!! If you did it would not be on your bow.

sweet,27.5 in draw at #55 and your getting 275 now,shouldent have any problem hitting 300 when you crank it up.congrats on the new bow.I just received my new patriot and it is a rocket,goina get it chroned soon.I absolutely love my bow,also got the no-peep coming in soon,hopefully this week.

All this talk of new bows and I want another. I just got my Razor X and am loving it, but what I really want is an Ultratec with XT3000 limbs and Spiral Cam & 1/2's. That setup will get me my 31 1/2 inch draw and with an IBO speed of 310 fps, I should be able to make them arrows go supersonic. I still won't be able to hit anything, but at least I will look good doing it! :lol:
