Hey does anyone have any information for me about Okotoks? We "might" be getting transfered to that area in the spring. I'll take the good and the bad.

Its no where near final yet. The wifey just dropped the hint that it may happen so I was just trying to get some recon/intell done. Still just an idea so far.

House pricing is as crazy as Calgary Doug but if you don't mind a 20 minute drive High River is better pricing and 30 minute dive Nanton is even better, the hunting is fantastic if you can get permisson in 212, let me know i will help you out bud!!

I was in Nanton for the first time this fall and its seems like a nice little town.I personally love living in small towns were you know most of the people.

I lived in High River, and Cayley for 8 months, and I really liked it. Close to Calgary, but was still small town living! I found the people to be friendly, and the scenery was nice! mind you that was 10 years ago too...

Live in Okotoks for the last 3 years. Love it down here. Hunt elk and deer mostly down by Claresholm but really nice town. Houses are pricey but have come down a lot.
