Just wondering if anyone had some experience on the Rhino 130 GPs units, my hunting partner and I are planing on getting one so we can keep in touch. Are they worth the bucks.?????

I have never used one, but the are supposed to be good. Now me, I wanna have as many toys as possible, so I carry a GPS and a seperate FRS!

I have an etrex GPS and like it. I have talked with guys who have the rino and have heard good things about them. Maybe hold on just a little while as Canada was in the process of approving the longer range radio frequency that they come with in the states. It is good for 5 miles I can't remember what it is called. I think GFRS. So ask before you buy. I know the rhino's are set uup to have this extra option.
What is this rhino worth? We used FRS last year and they worked fine except when one of us was in a bit of a ravine and out of line of sight.
