I have decided to take the winter off from the rigs and stay home. I am wondering how or where i would get some info on shoot dates so I can start going to a few. Target and/or
3-D shoots. Only in and around the Calgary area.

Thanks

The Mother of All Shoots Indoor 3D is being held on February 29, March 1 and 2, 2008, in Red Deer. The website for the shoot info is www.albertaalliedarchers.com I think is should be updated by the 15th of December. The registration form is already working, so if you want you can register online.

Joey, Check out www.3daa.ca

Also, Calgary Archery Center has a monthly indoor 3D shoot. They had one yesterday. I believe the next one is Jan 6.

That sounds like a lot of fun. Is there a separate category for "guys that usually miss the whole animal"? :D

Right on. I'm pretty easy to find. I think I'm the only guy left who shoots a compound with fingers and no sights.

This Wednesday is booked with my daughters Xmas concert, but count me in for next week.

By the way, my handicap is bad aim. lol

i don't know 'bout 3d, but in the link at the bottom there's a couple of 18m FITAs registered in Calgary. just contact the name beside the shoots for more info.

What time on Wednesdays do I show up for the 3-D, and what's the cost?
Sounds like I'm in.

So, is there a 3-D shoot this Wednesday? I heard the last league just ended, and next one isn't starting until Jan 6.

Just wondering if I should plan to show up or not.

there will most likley be a course set up this wednsday for ppl to come in and shoot for fun, might as well drop by the shop and get your feet wet by shooting a practice round...practice makes perfect remember!
