August 18/19 shoot

Once again Archers Edge and Heavey Waite Targets would like to invite you all to another shoot in Mayerthorpe on August 18/19.

2 rounds of 20 on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday
Registration from 730 am - 930 am start shooting @ 10 am.

Rough camping available.

There will be bar-b-que and concession on both days.

Great door prizes!!!!!! Medals and Plaques for 1-2-3 places.

Adults $10.00 a round (19 yrs and older)

Juniors and cadets $20.00 (14-18)

Cubs and pre-cubs $15.00 (9-13)

peewees are free.

Directions are hiway 22 to twp 574, west to range road 94 then south 500 meters and your there.

how long does it take to get there from Edmonton Just so we can add it onto the 3 hours we have to get there so we can plan on getting there as early as possible.

Are there going to be classes or everyone shoots together. Brother and I are thinking of pulling trailer out to it if we can work it in

It's about 1-1/2 hours approximately.

There is going to be bowhunter open, bowhunter restricted and traditionals and it's open for the young ones.

I would like to have all the categories in place but we are just starting out and not to familiar with all of them yet. Next year we are putting up a larger course and with input from people attending and the experience we get from other shoots we will improve on all aspects.

As wctbowtech said about 1.5 hrs. If you come up on hiway 43 you turn south on hiway 22 then right onto twp 574.

Oh yeah there is lots of room for trailers.
