OK the top 2 pics are of me and my pig, I spot and stalked him for about 2 hrs before I got in range and made my shot. Funny thing is that I killed this pig with the same arrow and broadhead that Carl killed his with, as Carl left me 5 of his arrows and heads because I was running low on arrows (had a few misses)
Sleepy weighed in @ 130lbs

The next one with myself (Randy), Baggie (Shawn), and Lonewolf (Mike)....well I actually put an arrow into that guy the first day out but shot too high and he got away, on the stalk to get the the first one there I did manage to get a pass through on this guy, nothing in the vitals and he got away once again, but leaving one great blood trail (I had no idea it was the same pig as the first day). I dragged out Sleepy as he was dubbed as he was still sleeping when I managed my killing blow, while Baggie and Lonewolf, took up the bloodtrail and the hunt was once again on. They each got a couple shots on Grumpy (pig had a bad attitude) and we finally surrounded him and put a few more arrows into him, while getting charged. To make a long story short, he was ticked off and decided he wasn't going down without a fight but we prevailed, followed him from a distance to watch him bed down and left him overnight to find him the next morning, stiff as a board.
Grumpy weighted in @ 175lbs

Forth pic is of Carl and his pig, the sight of Carl running through the bush at full speed, waist deep in snow is one that everyone should have had the opportunity to see. He gave it his all, bow hand straight out and then managed to pull off the shot without even a moment of hesitation. Just goes to show what years of experience is worth when push comes to shove. Great shot Carl!!!! and a damn nice pig.
Doc as he was dubbed weighted in @ 225lbs.
My congrats also go out to Dave, a friend of ours that came out for the hunt, while he didn't arrow anything this time, it was indeed his first time EVER hunting and he had ALOT of close calls. Keep up the good work and the great attitude Dave and it will come together for you.
For those of you who are interested......we were hunting close to North Battleford at Wild Boar Adventures, phone number (306) 445-4234. Kelly is a great guy to deal with, gave us a great oppurtunity to hunt and his prices can't be beat (in my opnion).
I'm sure Baggie and Lonewolf will want to add their own blurbs on the hunt which is why I havn't gone too deep into detail.
