In my opinion they are a must. They take alot of noise and vibration out of your bow.I have them on the limbs and my stabilizer is a Simbs modular.I believe they have improved my shooting.

I'm not saying these are a must , but they do quieten down the bow! They eliminate any vibration that will transfer through your bow and create noise

I shoot a Hoyt with the split limbs and they sure cut down on noise with my bow.

8) :)
I use the stealth limbsavers on my PSE dakota, they seem to work well.
It's hard to beat the string leeches, they work well with almost no lost speed. Your best bet is to serve them into your string so they don't go south at the wrong moment.

They are a must have item for me!!! I've turned into a Sims junkie. I've got the Sims Stealth Limb Savers, Stealth String Leaches, Modular Stabilizer and Teflon Cable Slide on my bow and it is extremely quiet. In addition to the noise advantage when hunting I like the fact that the reduced vibration means the screws don't loosen as much when target shooting. It's money well spent!

i shoot a hoyt x-tec with limb savers i like them, my other bow is a high country carbon brute. it vibrated like crazy for every 20 shots i would have to stop and tighten screws, i put limbsavers on it it help greatly but didn't solve the problem so i doubled up the limbsavers and change stabilizers from a browning x-ring to a limb saver stabilizer and it it is smootjh quiet bow.

I placed a set of limbsavers on my old XI Impact bow and found an improvement over not having them. Would it be easy to remove them off of this old bow and put on my new bow? Or should I just go and buy a new set of limbsavers?

Just by a new set. Much easier.

I figured that it would be easier to buy the new set of limbsavers. They should work well with the reverse mount iso bars on my Champion Storm. I noticed an improvement by just adding the bars.

It's amazing what a little piece of rubber will do to change how a bow feels. I finally bought a new stabilizer for the bow, just haven't shot with it yet. Thanks for the info ShawnL :D

Reason we need Limbsaver on our bows is because the bows nowaday are too short,so it deliver a lot of recoil and vibration. In the past we used to have bows in 40" and longer .
They did not scare deers like today's.
