my wifes cousin just moved there from ont. and she wants to go visit . i hate visiting its close to dawson creek so i can go hunting.

ya its about 45 min to an hour from Dawson Ditch .....if I recall correctly

I hope to get into some elk up near hudsons hope this fall ....

Be careful where you hunt near the Hope! There is a cranky old man out there that figures he owns all the land on the opposite side of the Peace from Hudson Hope.

SHHHHHHHH! Besides everyone knows the best elk huntin is way down in Southern Alberta!

Spirit River.....sepe seepee......ghost river the cree's had called it. I was born there my old man is buried there.....there is 3 ways to get there from Edmonton......more if you include backroads.......you can go through peace river then south through fairview; longest possible route.

you could go through high prairie and mclenan.....or you can head to grande prairie but instead of going to grande prairie turn towards sexsmith, then hang a left at rycroft then you will see sepe seepee in 7 kms.

I suggest ice cream at 'the penguin' if its still open!!!!
