A couple of New Jersey hunters are out in the woods when one of them falls to the ground and stops breathing. The other hunter takes out his cell phone and tells the emergency services: 'I think my friend is dead! What can I do?' The operator, in a completely calm voice says: 'Okay, help is on its way, but first, let's make sure he's dead.' There is a silence for a while, then a shot rings out. The hunter comes back on the line. 'Okay,' he says, 'now what?'
