Any suggestions on touching up the waterproofing my boots. (Rocky's 1200gr.)
Only thing I know of is mink oil. There must be some better technology out there by now though.

personally Joey I use my oven and a bar of wax ....

put my boots in the oven at "keep warm" setting for 10 or 15 mins then work the wax into boots ...

works realkly good ....

some people say that the heat will ruin your boots ... as long as you dont Broil them ...they will ok ...

Sno seal. Heat the oven up to around 100-110 degrees(F), get the boots nice and warm, and rub the sno seal into it, do this 2-3 times, and your good to go. If I am in my boots lots I do it every 2-3 months, also prevents them from rotting if they are leather.

Mikey is right, don't cook your boots. I forgot i had a pair in the oven, and turned it to 375 to do some baking, smelt the leather burning, got them out, the bottoms had come apart, got those replaced and used the boots for 3 more years. But definatly not good for them.
