Man...This has been the hunting season from hell! No time to get out except the last couple of weeks...We made it out last weekend but I was pushing bush and not shooting....Today being the final day of the season..we went out to a whitetail honey hole and looked around all day for a buck cuz that's all that was open down there...Got the only thing we saw with horns today. It's no monster, but a great animal none the less!
:D
And so ends my hunting season!

Well Warden another year has gone by. but you did fill your tag. I was only out for the first two weeks of November, could of filled my tags but didn't. But thats the way it goes sometimes. Congratulations to ya. It's time to get ready for next year I hunted a new area found lots of scraps and rubs so I know where to set up for those old whitetails.

Seemed like the bucks and does had a hard time getting together this season. Out of the 10 bucks we saw the last couple weeks none were with a doe and we also saw around 20 does with no sign of a buck around. Did run into a few bucks that were a little on the numb side though. Couldn't let the 5x5 whitey walk away on friday and now I'm glad I took him because I never saw anything better the final 2 days. Now we just need to get through the next 9 months and then it will be time to get out again, cant wait. Congrats Warden, he should be good chewing

Congrats on the deer Warden, I too had a very busy fall and wasn't able to get out much in the later part of the season. I did get out on the last day as soon as we got set up some doorknob thought he'd take a drive through the field we were watching. Still managed to see a few deer but nothing worked to our advantage that day. Can't wait till August to go chase after some elk!

Nice Buck!
No P&Y, but better than I got, and I guarantee it'll taste better than a tag sandwich.
I didn't get a thing with my bow this year. WAAAAAAA!!!!!!
Maybe next.
Put some meat in the freezer with the boom stick, but that doesn't really count.
Congrats, your season was a success.
Best wishes to all, and good hunting next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL! I cheated on this one....It was a Martin Cougar 30-06 with 150 grain pull. 99% let off at about 100 yards. Not to worry though...This bow shoots at around 2500 fps so the shot was no problem.....LOL!
Oh well...meat is meat....hee hee hee.

How embarassing. Are you saying you wereunable to take a deer with a bow this year? Perhaps you should consider hiring a guide next year? ROTFLMFAO :P :P :P :P :P

Hey hey hey, dont laugh at Wardens high power bow, I have an even bigger one at 300 pound pull and a arrow speed of over 3000 feet per second which I had to use this year to get my buck. Yup I pull out the big bow when I get desparate, I hate the taste of skunk all year lol

Looks like I'm guilty too guys. Had to resort to the rifle to harvest my Elk this year. Surprising, I don't feel to guilty about it when I'm chewing on the nice tender steaks though.
