OK. What is a bulletproof sight for hunting? I mean something you do not have to worry about at the top of a mountain if you make a mistake and drop your bow. I have herd a bit about the SPOTHOGG BARE BONES, any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks

Does anyone use a spot hogg for hunting? In any hunting sight, what size of pins would you suggest, 0.019", 0.029", bigger, smaller?
The Hogg barebones is a good site but it's a tough one but you can't gang adjust the windage.

I've used the spot hog real deal for the last few years. Toughest site I've ever used. Have yet to break even a pin and those that know me know I can break anything. The sight even survived a trip in my quad rack when I flipped the quad breaking the handlebars, racks and most of the plastic. The bow had bent cams, axles and a cable rod but the spot hog came through without a scratch, gotta lov it.
I use the .019 pins and find there great for aiming and with a sight light work well in my blind as well.

The toughest sight I have seen is usually the ones the traditional guys use,
When they break their sight its is really broken!!!!!
