Do Ya Smell THat?

Got the smoker loaded and startin to smell it workin.
Spent yesterday making sausage for a freind of mine,about 60 pounds of garlic and maple.The maple is a new one so we'll see how it goes.Did a test sample of garlic in the smoker last night and all's I can say is,UMMM UM UM!It was good.We had monteray jack cheese,pickled onions and sweet pickled onions and washed that all down with ice cold beer.Life is good.

Oh boy don't get us started on this again. Funny you should mention this. I just took a shipment of deer and moose meat down to the smoker today. Should be ready for pick up next weekend. I can hardly wait.Ya wana know what I got done?do ya?do ya? Well I got 40lbs of deer peps, 20lbs of jalapeno & cheddar peps, 60lbs of moose cheese smokies, 20lbs of moose breakfast sausage and 20llbs of moose pepperoni. Next weekend life is going to get a whole lot better, hard to believe it could. :lol: :lol:

I am playing on the puter ( cause its wet to work or go outside) eating a piece of toast with home canned Alberni canel Sockeye salmon on it anything wild is so gooooooood! :D :D :D
