Just wondering what to have for supper tonight. Had moose smokies over the fire on sunday while fishing crappies and walleyes, fresh crappies for supper sunday night, bull burger gulosh last night, hhmmmmm maybe some buck backstraps tonight. ahhh maybe with a baked homegrown acorn squash. Does it get any better guys? :lol: :lol: :lol:

Got hungry just reading your post had to go get some elk sasauge and crackers :D I think I'll grill up some elk t-bones for supper or maybe some salmon steaks a buddy gave me. You're right manford, life is great!

Mine will be fresh caught perch.We caught a mess of jumbo's on the weekend.They're filleted and waiting on a beer batter and then deep fried with french fries.finest eating fish in my mind.

It's the BIG sammich night! We do this once every couple of months (cuz the cholesteral will kill ya) with a bunch of folks. We buy 2 of the garlic loafs from Safeway and add shrimp, bruschetta (sp?) meat, bacon, onions, lettuce, MORE garlic butter and mayo and and and and and.......The sammiches weigh about 5 - 7 lbs each!! Can't wait till tonight!! :D :D :D :D :D

Hey Warden. Do ya think ya could muster up the energy to post those pictures sometime tonight because i'm on night shift and I'd really like to see them in the morning to help work up my appetite for some breakfast sausage and eggs and toast and milk and maybe some sliced tomatoes. Well, reading these posts got me going too. It was down to the freezer for some Elk NY Strips. No marinade needed, and tonite it's the ULTIMATE Steak sandwich. Onions, green pepper, swiss cheese, tomatoes. Just gotta hit the store for the french loaf.

OK you all SUCK!!!!!! It's 11 PM and I was just off too bed i stoped buy too read the latest posts and this is what I see.... :cuss: :flipoff:
Now I am off too bed Hungry as hell and am gonna be dreaming of diff ways too cook stuff....
Well Good night now.. I guess I will stop by the freezer to take out tomorrows dinner.. HeHe :pissed:

ohhhhh Dawg ... I was in the on the Ultimate Sammich tonite .......
You know them Lumber jack subs at Safeway ...... the BFS ...... ya Dude ...those are Nothing ..... Peanuts ...... I can Hog one one them in a single foraging session ..... I had a 1/4 of the Ultimate Sammich .... Stuffed full and to a slight degree satisfied ..... by that I mean ... it is almost better than great sex ..... Much better than ok sex ......
How many of you can make a Sammich like that?????
ya'll cant wait to see pics.... I Garan-damn-tee ya .....

I wnet for a beeer with the boys after work and some whiskeys and more beer so i missed supper after reading the post im hungrey and eating left over meat pie and having another beer which i probably dont need any more. oh well tommorow is anther day.

Aaahhhh that is fantastic. Pretty freakin funny too. Good idea to do the pictures during, I can see why you wouldn't want to after. How the heck do you work up an appetite to eat something like that :lol: . Well just looking at the pictures did it for me off to the fridge we go. Sausage and eggs and toast oh my, sausage and eggs and toast oh my.Oh maybe ye all should have a sandwich building contest too. no prizes just pride.

I went through all the photos. There is definitely a blending of art and cuisine. I can see why you don't eat 'em all the time.
The BIG sammich makes the lumberjack sub look kinda puny.

Aww Warden after eatin like a hog all Christmas I was gonna try and lose a couple of pounds....now you gone and showed me that big sammich and I've gotta try and resist the urge to go out and get the fixins for one of them. They sure look and sound like good eatin!!! Next week I gotta try one!!
