Hello all...it seems that I might be doing some meat cutting seminars down at the IHEA center. If anyone is interested in attending let me know and I'll get the dates to you. I'm of course donating my time but there may be a small fee charged by the association.

Hey Chef,

I am totally interested. Tried to get into Olds college for their evening course last year but they cancelled it. Too bad considering in my neck of the woods it is getting near impossible to find a butcher to do wild meat these days. Please let me know all the particulars.
