Hi everyone, I just strated to shop for a bow, and I am looking at a Stratus Campion. I would like to know if any of you own one and what they think about it ! Thank you helping me making the right decision.

Sumspot.Champion is the owner of previously Pro-Sport bow co.I own a Pro-SportRampage.It is a heck of a bow ,accurate IBO speed315fps.If Champion kept the same quality control,I would say go ahead.

is champion still in business? Their website has been gone for over a week now?

I haven't heard otherwise, maybe they are adding the 2004 models to it.

I was in the proshop this morning. They were setting up the last new models for the 2004 season. A number of new bows and designs. Some really neat new models with a new camo finish this year. I was impressed and think I will shoot a few next week and decide on a new 3-d bow. I have had good luck with their bows in the past and the price lets me trade more often.

I have been shooting a Champion Mustang for 2 years now and I have been very happy with it. It is very accurate and fairly fast (310 ibo). Awesome hunting bow and I have also beat a whole lot of Bowtech's, Matthew's and Hoyt's at 3D tournaments with it. Quality is great, never had a problem with it. Customer service is awesome. Only thing that I didn't like about it was the grip, it was a little fat, so I took some sand paper to it until it felt better.
