Curious about hunter #"s for the past year

Hi all would any body know of a link specifically for Alberta where
I could find out the Stats. on the # of active hunters that are presently
a field. I have heard the # dropped from 375 Thousand to 125 Thousand
over the past few years sounds out of wack to me. But not surprising. :?:

I got the following info.From Fish & Wildlife
The following numbers reflect the no. of hunters who purchased Wildlife Certificates for the last 5 years. Each hunter must purchase a Wildlife Certificate to hunt. We do not have this information on the website.
2003/04 - 96,661
2002/03 - 98,246
2001/02 - 98,358
2000/01 - 99,762
1999/00 - 100,511
So the # of Hunters in the field is definately dropping :!:
