Was above kamloops lake hiking today, and bumped into a couple groups of rams. Pics aren't the greatest, but they will do, whats the thoughts? Any keepers in the group? I judge sheep like a stone floats.

Kirby,I know that sheep herd quite well.I lived at Heffley Creek for eight years and saw those sheep almost daily.

The ram in the second frame is a squeaker, and I'd hesitate about pulling the trigger on him.

I was up on Strawberry Heights last year, just above Ralieghy (sp),and there were two heavy full curl rams standing on the trail just after the 7-0 ranch boundry. Also saw some good rams along Kamloops lake when we were chukar hunting.

Diller, ya, hunting is pretty much what I do, spend the rest of the day chasing mulies today, just small 2 and 3 pointers and does, nothing special.

BlueNorther, ran into a group of chuckar today, bout 70 yards before the sheep, was afraid that they would spook the sheep. I've seen this herd a bunch, there is one really heavy full curl that I have been trying to get photo's of, seen him a couple of times last year, but not this year, afraid he might not be around anymore, he was a real nice ram, hoping to find him, or his skull.
