That Upper Kanaskis Lake was just stocked ....like yesterday with 2-3 pounders and a load is currently( being loaded as I type) on its way to Chain lakes with about the same sized fishies

Just thought I would let ya'll know .... for those headed out fishin this weekend

I caught it on the news last night. 10000 Cutts. Looked to be in the 12 to 14 inch range.

I know what I saw on the news and they looked to be more like 8 to 10 inch cutts and bull trout.

Who knows,maybe they released some old brood hens like they do in Phyllis and Cow lake,but I doubt it.The eggs are collected from stock closed to fishing for the public,so I doubt any broodies are being released.
