Hey Ron....First off...welcome to the bowzone!!

What a ton of FITA shooters and 3-D Shooters use to lube their arrows (me included) so they come out of the targets easier...Is as simple as going to the drug store or grocery store.......

Ivory Soap.......It's cheap...You don't have to buy a dispenser and after you use it for a bit....It makes a groove in the soap so the application is easy. It works very well. I prefer it over the arrow "lube" and it won't harm your arrows.

Not just any soap it has to be Ivory bar soap. That is what most of the guys around here use as well. Thew other popular one is Woody's arrow lube. It works very well. :D
