Man what i have heard about this killing is that this guy was a whacko. I really hope that this incident will not affect us up here. My condolences for the family.

I'll bet nothing will happen interms of new legislation. It was such an extreme, far removed from the central arguments of the anti's. Just as the DC sniper had no real effect. I hope.
