Why aren't full length arrows the same length (Predator II carbon express - 30 1/4", Maxima carbon express 33 1/4") ?

Most likely some parameters come into play, everything from the manufacturing process, an average archers draw length (28-30 inches) and whether one type of arrow will use Broadheads hence the 33 1/4 inch arrow length (which require a longer arrow shaft forward at least 1.5 to 2 inches in front of the riser) and shorter arrow length 30 1/4 inch for target arrows.
