Looking at buying a used hunting rifle, a 30-06 or similar with a scope would be great. I've got a PAL so if anyone wants to unload their rifle in the wake of this goofy registration thing let me know. TIA. Later.

I am selling my win .270 it is a mod 70 xtr, comes with either 1.75x5 tasco scope, or a fixed 4x, good shape, I used it for a moose, and white tail this year, but I have a rifle being build up that will be my hunting/target rifle, and I am getting out of rifle hunting, so its gotta go. Hey Fishnutz I do have a 30-06 Rem model 700 with a Micro-Trac 4x scope that I do not use anymore since I started bowhunting .I have no idea what rifles and scopes are worth so PM me or email cdraper@bowzone.ca ..Then we can talk and maybe make some sort of a deal.Thanx

Thanks for the responses there guys. However, I guess it was a bit late as I bought a Rem 300 Mag, Model 700 (?) a week or two after the original post back in Nov/04. I guess I should taken myself out of the market already. :wink:

its a shame I didnt see this In November ... I have a Carl Gustav 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser action with a 4 power scope with a Bullet drop compensator that is not seeing much action since I took up flinging sticks. Oh well

Yeah it's nice Mikey. Althouth I only bought it to get on par with the rest of November's gun hunters. I fling sticks most of the time as well in Sept and Oct. Still searching for a friggin' elk.
