turkey tips?

Hey there im really interested in getting in to bow hunting turkey.Just wondering if any of you fine folks have any tips to help me on my way? anything would help be it info on techniques,equipment,location(i live in ontario).

I haven't hunted them myself but i have been out with my dad quite a bit and a big thing with turkeys more so than any other animal you have to be absolutly still they can pick you out across a field with out any problems.

And my dad ways that waterloo county is the best area for turnkey hunting in Ontario.
