Friggen' Moose Everywhere!

Last night while hunting, I had a young bull moose pass my position at 42 yards at 6:45PM, then at 7:01 I had a 45" to 50" bull pass me at less than 10 yards. WMU 214 is draw only for moose, so I had to let them walk. To top it off, I pulled out of the driveway on my way home last night and came around the corner and damn near smoked a bull and a cow standing on the road. Needless to say, I think there are lots of moose up in that area.

I was WAAAAAYYYY back in 316 this weekend and the bulls are going nuts. I was on the ground doin' a bit of calling and had one come within 30 yards just a barkin' up a storm. MAN was he pissed, If it wasn't for the trees he'd be hanging!!

We were having coffee Sunday morning at camp and heard a young bull barkin' for almost an hour. No Sunday hunting...man I hate that law
