Just got back from another couple days chasing mulies and elk.
Was set up on a group of six mulie bucks, two 4x4's and a mix of forks and three points. I was all set up in an eroded ditch that was like being in a pit blind. Had the biggest one at 30yrds and the others clustered at about 22yrds. I was just waiting from them to jump over the fence from property I couldn't hunt on, which they had been doing the last few nights. Apparently I was too close the road because a car driving buy saw the bucks and stopped to admire them, comment about them, whistle at them and then start honking their freaking horn. Needless to say the bucks never crossed over the fence and were last seen heading back up into the hills. The couple in the car never did see me. I was very tempted to fire a broadhead into their tire that was for sure.
Oh well what do ya do.
