I will be in the Grand Lake area this July and August. Too late for the Chipman shoot, but there are shoots in Woodstock, Sussex, and Saint John, all places I can get out to, and know well.
Any info on these shoots would be good to know. There are several dates at a few of these, but just wondering what the courses are like. I had to get out of 3D after a crash so at this point I am looking for fun courses that don't eat a lot of arrows and that my smashed up legs will get me around. I'll give anything a try, but just wondering what to look forward to. I should probably take up FITA, but not enough mosquitos for me.
Also I suppose I should ask if it is OK to just drop in as an out of province shooter.
What kind of shooters predominate? Compound, crossbow, trad, yes...?
