Hi all,
I own a 2008 Bowtech 82nd airborne. I've been very happy with the performance... to make a long story short, my upper cam is leaning significantly. When not drawn, there is roughly 1/32" before the cam touches the limb (whereas on the bottom, the cam looks perfectly parallel. In addition, it looks like the bushing is not fully touching the limb (I can slide a piece of paper in when not drawn). I've attached a pic...
Could this in any way be normal? Is this a warranty issue?
Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks!

i have 2 of them and they run pretty much parallel to the limb. they both have well over 10 000 shots through them. maybe you have a bad bearing or bent axle. if you dont have a press , get to a shop and have it checked befor you shoot it and cause more problems.
here are mine.

Not a uncommon problem with BowTech bows as I understand it. I have a Alligence that is at the at Sheerwood Park Archery getting fixed for the same issues.:)

I've got a 101 ...same bow differant limbs , Never had an issue with them ... well over a buttload of shots out of it ....
any possibility of a DF? I suspect bad bearing/bushing

Hey, thanks for all the replies. I'll bring it into the shop and see what they say... Mikey, I can tell I'm getting older, what's DF stand for?
Thanks!

Nope, never dry fired. I'd say I put about 1200 shots on it; still the original string.
Thanks.

I had a Bowtech allegiance that had the same issue. I had a difficult time tuning the bow. Bowtech ended up replacing the cams and limbs before the issue was resolved. Ending up selling the bow and picking up a Guardian. Take it back to the shop and they can get some warranty work for you.
