I was toying with the idea of trying out Turbo Nocks for my hunting bow (I don't shoot 3-D or other competitions). I'm getting really sick of ruining the plastic fletching on my Carbonaeros. It seems every time I practice I damage another vane - the price I pay for tightening up my groups I guess. :?

FYI - I'm using an NAP Quiktune 4000 drop-away rest. I understand that they recommend the use of a serving loop for this product. Is this a necessity?

I know Grandpawrichard is a Team Turbo Nock coach and obviously shoots them. Anyone else got experience with them, +ve or -ve, that you care to share?

Thanks.

I have just started shooting Turbo's. They shoot very well and will tighten up your groups even more  . There is some issues with the prong angle and drop speed of the QT 4000. I will post a link to the tuning section of the Turbo nock site.

You may want to shoot indivdual spot targets as well to save on your fletches. You will need a string loop as well. I used to shoot off the string then switched over to a loop and prefer it. Hope that is helpful for you.
