Brent, It is hard enough to sell tickets, but asking the winners to pay for shipping makes it even harder. Many potential sales backed out of buying tickets before when they saw this.
You may want to re-consider this one.

Pete

Send me 5 books for a start.

Every other raffle I know of has same condition. Can't see why someone who wins a $3500 package (or any of the prizes) would whine at paying a few bucks to get the prize to their door. We have gone to big prize items to draw the interests of people and make them want to buy a ticket. We had a sellout pretty much last year and decided because of the interest we had, to go with the same type of prizes again. You would think people would know we are a non-profit group who needs every dollar we can muster up to keep things running and fight for bowhunting issues.

We have never had to "ship" anything in the last 5 years as we try to get someone who lives nearby etc get the prizes delivered if the person is not actually at the banquet to pick it up.

Anyway, hope people understand and buy a ticket to support the "cause" - if not oh, well.

Thanks for your help Pete!!
