Hi everyone,
I been looking for a while to change my bow rest. Which one will you choose out of these?
The trophy taker xtreme fc SL or the N.A.P Apache? I currently have a cheap shoot through rest and what to improve my groups and accuarcy. My fletching touch and dont want this problem anymore.

Im not sure about the Apache, but I would go with the Trophy Taker. I think it would be a good rest, that the arrow wont fall out of and plus there is no fletching contact. Let us know which one you go with.

Hi Mike,
I've got the NAP Quicktune 2000 drop away and have had it for a few years. Never once have I had a problem with it and have hunted in everything from sun to rain to snow. Always works - period.
After looking into the NAP Apache, it looks like a good rest as well, but I would be cautious about using something that is toolless for adjustments (as the Apache is). I had a TR sight a couple of years ago that came with wingnuts to make toolless adjustments to the whole sight housing, and could never get those wingnuts tight enough. I eventually replaced them with regular allen bolts and never had the sight move on me again.
The toolless feature is cool and convienent, but if you're crawling through thick sh!t and draw on something and look down just to realize that one of the toolless screws came loose on a branch, you may scare the game off by the amount of swearing....
I think the old saying of KISS may apply here?

Its so hard to choose... Im not crazy about toolless either, once my rest is in place i dont plan on playing with it.. On most sites I see more people like the tt over nap, but now to choose which one? I might go with the tt just because of popularity.

I got a new PSE Vendetta and couldn't fit a QAD urtra rest , Rip Cord or a Trophy Taker on it as the cable slide bar is machine fitted to low on the riser to accomadate all the above mentioned rests and I could only fit the APA Twister , and so far I like it.
