do you warm up

For all you shooters who use 3d to practace for hunting do you warm up ? My friend and i when we shoot a one day shoot never warm up. we shoot the first arrow of the day at the first animal.

when i go to a major shoot i warm up.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no... I tend to shoot better when I don't warm up.

I shoot 3-6 arrows to check my marks. If they're good, I'm good.
