rule changes for nationals?

I ahve just heard that the rule has changed to allow for a pair of binos to be used at nationals/fca events, with the power greater than 8.5. Can anybody verify this for me and tell me if this will be in effect for the 2010 indoor nationals in Red Deer?

No rule change has occured for the Binos.

The Bino magnification rule change is for the IBO shoots not FCA shoots.

Max magnification has to be under 9x
