I recently re-read Pete Ward's review if the Cari-bow peregrin longbow. I really enjoy his reviews.
What really tweeked my interest was his comment " you may never need another bow". Wow, that's some praise.
Anyone else shoot one of these hybrid LBs?

Thanks,

I have 2 Cari-bows....one peregrine at 46# and one wolverine at 47#...both are great shooting bows...like Pete said, you may never get another bow after getting a Cari-bow!!

They get great reviews. I'm not sure what I want, unfortunately I don't know anyone who shoots a R/D Longbow.
I like a narrow grip, but am a recurve shooter. My Game master 1 is probably the bow I shoot the best, so I'd prefer something with a similar grip.
I did get the chance to shoot an OL Adcock ACS CX last year. I remember being blown away by it. Unfortunately out of my price range...

I don;t have a cari-bow (wish I did ) but I have shot a friend of mine's and it's very nice. I do on the other hand have a lost Creek bow, it's also a R/D longbow, shoots very similar to the peregrin, chad does indeed make a very nice bow too.

good luck
