Does anyone know the website to go to register for this event. They need 300 people pre-register or they will not be able to have this shoot. This would be a great shoot. Have heard really great things.

Reason for this post. Forgot to write down info at the Mother

Whoa!!! Great confusion here!!!!!!! Hardcore Achery in Kelowna are hoping to hold THE RINEHART 100 in July near Kelowna in 2011!! The other type of Rinehart shoot they are holding is this year; I believe on either Mother's Day weekend or Father's Day weekend.

They bought 40 targets for this year's shoot but definitely are not holding the Rinehart 100 on their own. They are simply having a shoot with some of these targets to give everybody an idea of what the targets are like.

They are hoping to host the REAL Rinehart 100 in July of 2011. The posters at the Mother of All Shoots were simply asking all of us as archers if we would individually send an e-mail to Hardcore Archery stating that we would be interested in attending an actual Rinehart 100. These e-mails would then be forwarded to Rinehart to show that Hardcore's group could indeed provide entries of over 300 archers. The shoot would apparently be held on a large ranch near Kelowna and there is plenty of rooom for RVs and parking.

If anybody needs further info, please call Lori Keeler at (780)922-5357 or on Bowzone as arrow dog. I believe the e-mail address for Ken at Hardcore Archery in Kelowna is logosnstitches@shawbiz.ca but that's only from memory and I have been know to be wrong once before!!

I wouldnt hold my breath for an R-100 anywhere north of the border again ...
the Prince george club was turned down and the reasons stated were ... "After doing a shoot in Ontario and having Customs totally unload the trailers in both directions .... coming to Canada left a sour taste"
we had close to 700 letters including recomendations from a a couple IBO champs that compared the PG facility to the IBOs West Virginas facility

I truley hope that Rinehart re-considers

ken at Hardcore has been talking with James from Rinehart quite a bit. They have discussed the border issues and James has told Ken they have it all figured out. They will not be having issues a the border like they did in the past.

You can send an email to ken at the logos and stiches address above and he will fill you in more.

I am one of the guys that put in the money to buy these targets and we are attempting to get the repsonses for the owners of Rinehart. We have had a great response so far. A lot of people from Alberta are very excited about it.

This year we are running it at Heartland Ranch and we are trying to get as much participation as we can so we can show Rinehart that we will have the proper amount of people attend. We need 500 or more and they can run there event.

Hope to see you all there.

Hey, everybody! How about we try to be more positive about this event. A Rinehart 100 in western Canada would be awesome!! Hardcore Archery are determined to make this event happen!!!

The next time you are talking about this BC 100 shoot with someone and they say it'll never happen, mention that the Rinehart "border crossing event??" happened back when and times change. Hardcore Archery in Kelowna is trying very hard to make this event happen and they need our support. They have been in very serious communication with Rinehart and it looks real good.

:sos:All they ask of us is to send Hardcore an e-mail stating that you, as a 3D archer, would be extremely interested in such a shoot and can't wait for the designated date to be announced. Hardcore's e-mail is logosnstitches@shawbiz.ca

Let's get this done so we have a great shoot to look forward to next year!!!!! :D

There is some good news but nothing written in stone yet. The owner of Hardcore Archery in Kelowna just went to the ATA show and spoke directly to them and verbally they said it isn't in the schedule for this year but in 2012 they will come to Kelowna. They also said if some groups back out this year there is a chance they might come this year.

They would need 400 to 500 shooters to make this a success.

Until it's written in stone i would keep in contact with the guys from Hardcore Archery and they will fill you in.
