I have a homemade smoker to trade. I built it 6 years ago from an old metal lined fridge. I was using it with a 2 burner hotplate. It has smoked 1000's of pounds of fish, jerky, sausage, roasts and ribs, cheese and almonds. Even a couple of hams, so it is well experienced.
I am keeping the hotplate and the racks for my new, bigger smoker, so you would need to get that together. For racks, I was using old, cutdown oven racks.
I will entertain all interesting trades. Maybe some hunting gear, a ladderstand, a few days bear hunting, etc.
Unless we agree upon alternate arrangements, the smoker must be picked up at my house in Airdrie. I will post photos tonight.
