This week the wife and I made new quivers for two of our aspiring archers. We made them with 1.5" PVC pipe and an old pair of black geans. For Tyson (7years) we patterned his after my wifes 3-D quiver and attatched it to a fanny pack, giving him a storage location for his release. Tyson's quiver works great. The problem we have is Raymnod's quiver, he is only 3 years and a hip quiver hangs too low and drags on the ground. Besides he wants it on his back like Robin Hood. We have drawn a blank as how to design a comfortable harnes to keep the quiver in place for him. Any ideas?

just a thought but why not attach some padded back pack straps to the quiver. Then to give it a tilt to one side attach a short chunk of dog leash that can be clipped to his belt loop to hold the quiver in place over one shoulder or the other.

Thanks for the suggestion!!! The wife thinks she can make that work. We will give it a try when I get home from work.

Let me know if it works out, I've been thinking of doing something similiar for my 4 yr old and would be interested in how it turns out. If it works i'd like to see some pics please, if thats possible!
