For anyone who is interested, Broken Arrow Bowhunters, will be holding a 2 day hunter warm-up shoot here in Quesnel B.C. on the week-end of Aug 14 & 15. This will be a fun shoot with any and all hunting equipment allowed, including rangefinders. You will not be required to shoot from the stakes, but rather you can pick your own shots from anywhere that is safe in the vicinity of the stakes. Rough camping on site, breakfast both mornings and a pot luck supper Saturday night. This shoot is usually a ton of fun and a good way to make those final tune-ups for hunting season!! Hope to see you all there.
For info on shoot location contact Chris at 250-992-5586, or e-mail me at mascqbc@telus.net

LMAO!!!! I'll try to make sure there are no broadside 30 yrd deer Jess!
The shoot will be out on paradise road....turn just after the Quesnel Golf Course. I take it that your coming? Hopefully, i wanna talk to you a bit about those arrow dynamics you were shooting at nationals before I go lay out 200 bucks  for a dozen of my own! Bring your camping rig and stay the week-end, most of the boys will be camping on site...should be a good time!

I hope you do come up Jess. It is going to be a fun weekend. When we set up the course on Friday we will keep you in mind. The stakes will have the yardage marked as an indicator but you can pick the shot you want to take.

Sounds like a plan Jess! I'm sure we can line somethin up to get out hunting this fall! I don't have access to all the alfalfa, but if you wanna go chase some immatures I got a few secret spots up my sleeve where we can go whack one! Track me down at the shoot and we'll get a round in....hopefully with better results than the last round we shot together!
Which left handed trophy taker is it? Shakey hunter or original? I may be interested....how much?
