3D Arrows

I am looking for some lighter arrows for 3D to get my speed up a little. I am leaning towards the Easton Carbonaero Lightspeed. Does anyone know anything about them? Good, bad, indifferent? The 340 Spine arrows would keep me just above the 5 grain per pound line with insert, vanes, nock and point.

Tell me what your shooting for a bow and what your looking for as far a speed go's and I might have some Idea's?

As far as the easton light speed go's ,there as good as any but there a little fragile.

Thanks Sniper. I am shooting a Custom Durango at 70 lbs and 31 inches and with the rest I have on can go as low as 29 inch arrows. My only expectation for speed is lighter, faster, and therefore flatter shooting than the terminators I use for hunting. What do you think?

Hey archer,

The terminator arrows are good arrows, I might first try going to a smaller fletch and lighter point.Try and keep a least a 9% FOC and they will surely be alot flatter.
If not the Lightspeeds are a good arrow and will be alot lighter and alot faster.
Some other choices might be ACC Hyperspeeds(A little pricey, And really fragile), 3D Linejammers(nice and fat), or my old favorite, and the ones I shoot Easton XX78 2212's witha 65grn pt and 1.75 inch fletches, they only weigh about 310grns and I get between 290 and 300 fps.The great thing about the last one is that they are a really good arrows and they are cheap, bout 100$ a doz.

HEy Sniper. I could not get a good FOC with a lighter point on the terminators, so I am going to try the Lightspeed and see what happens. Should be smokin fast though! Hafta shoot with only one pin....lol
