It looks to me like someone needs to be taught some Ladder Safety!
That guy is luck to be able to move let alone be Alive! A fall like that could have easily been a deadly fall!
When using a ladder, PLEASE Be Careful! Make sure the ladder is setup properly! Never use a ladder on Slippery surfaces without securing the top! Never Over Extend your reach! Never climb or descend a ladder without holding on! Do Not Carry Things in your hands as you climb or descend a ladder! ALWAYS BE CAREFUL AS YOU WORK ON A LADDER! ALWAYS USE COMMON SENSE WHEN USING A LADDER! ALWAYS BUY A QUALITY LADDER THAT IS RATED PROPERLY FOR THE PLANNED USE!
